Self Catering/BYO Meeting Venue

Other Brisbane meeting room hire venues they may require that food is supplied by them. At Unidus we allow you to self-cater/BYO or use external catering. Our commercial kitchen is available to cook meals or prepare light food and refreshments for your guests.

  • Joinable rooms 1 & 2 allow for 100 guests in theatre style or up to 10 trestle tables for up to 70 guests.
  • Function room available for hire separately.
  • Configure how you like within the 100m2 floor space.

Rooms 3 & 4

  • Joinable rooms 3 & 4 allow for 140 guests in theatre style or up to 17 trestle tables for 100 guests for dinner functions.
  • Function room available for hire separately.
  • Configure how you like within the 130m2 floor space.


  • The boardroom meeting room can sit 10-12 people around a large board table. 
  • Whiteboard and projector are available.
