As one of Brisbane’s largest function venues on the southside, Unidus makes an excellent choice when you need to hire a professional and modern function venue, function room or large auditorium for your event.  

From our 600+ seater large auditorium to our 12 seater boardroom, we can cater to all functions large and small. 

The auditorium is one of the key features of our venue with its high ceilings, raised stage, flat floor and large screen.  This space is suitable for larger functions such as conferences, concerts, award ceremonies and dinner functions. 

Our standard function rooms and can seat between 70 to 140 people which are ideal for events like seminars, workshops and meetups. They can also be combined to expand into a bigger space to match your needs and grow with your success. This is handy if you’re unsure about how many people may be attending your event. 

Both the auditorium and function rooms are equipped with professional grade Audio/Visual (AV) equipment and fully air-conditioned to keep your guests feeling comfortable.

If you’re looking for a function venue space that is more relaxed then our Pavilion area under our glass atrium feature is a popular choice. It offers guest lots of room to mingle and relax plus easy access to other amenities.

Once-off or Regular Room Hire in Brisbane

You can book our function rooms once off, weekly or on a monthly basis and our team can assist you with your setup requirements such as:

We Are A Self Catering/BYO Function Venue

Most function venues require that you use their in-house menu or catering when you want to book their function rooms. At Unidus we allow you to self cater/BYO or use external catering. We have an onsite commercial kitchen that can be used cooking meals or providing light food and refreshments for your guests.

Large Functions

  • Auditorium dinner functions allow for max 33 round tables (10pax each) with adjoining rooms 1 & 2.
  • Additional rooms 3 & 4 available on balcony level.
  • Separate timber-floored spaces for buffet-style catering.
  • Commercial kitchen suitable for table service catering.
  • Pavilion and undercover spaces also great for any function.
  • Bring in food trucks and coffee cart to make it a festival experience.

Medium to Small Functions

Function Rooms 1 & 2

  • Joinable rooms 1 & 2 allow for 100 guests in theatre style or up to 10 trestle tables for up to 70 guests.
  • Rooms available for hire separately.
  • Configure how you like within the 100m2 floor space.

Function Rooms 3 & 4

  • Joinable rooms 3 & 4 allow for 140 guests in theatre style or up to 17 trestle tables for 100 guests for dinner functions.
  • Rooms available for hire separately.
