Our Brisbane function rooms can be hired to host a dinner function, a seminar, workshop or interest group meetup.

From a 600 seater auditorium to our 12 seater boardroom, we can cater for both large and small functions to suit your needs.

Our standard function rooms can seat between 50 to 140 people and can also be combined to expand into a bigger space to find the perfect fit for your event.

Unidus makes an excellent choice when you need to hire a function room that is flexible and can grow with you. 

The function rooms are equipped with professional grade Audio/Visual (AV) equipment and fully air-conditioned to keep your guests comfortable.

You can hire our function rooms once off, weekly or for monthly events and our team can assist you with your setup requirements such as:

  • staging

We also have a commercial kitchen that can be used for self catering food and refreshments for your guests.

Dinner Functions

  • Auditorium dinner functions allow for max 33 round tables (10pax each) with adjoining function rooms 1 & 2.
  • Additional function rooms 3 & 4 available on balcony level.
  • Separate timber-floored spaces for buffet-style catering.
  • Commercial kitchen suitable for table service catering.
  • Pavilion and undercover spaces also great for any function.
  • Bring in food trucks and coffee cart to make it a festival experience.

Functions Rooms – Meetings and Seminars

Function Rooms 1 & 2

  • Joinable function rooms 1 & 2 allow for 100 guests in theatre style or up to 10 trestle tables for up to 70 guests for dinner functions.
  • Function rooms available for hire separately.
  • Configure how you like within the 100m2 floor space.

Function Rooms 3 & 4

  • Joinable function rooms 3 & 4 allow for 140 guests in theatre style or up to 17 trestle tables for 100 guests for dinner functions.
  • Function rooms available for hire separately.
  • Configure how you like within the 130m2 floor space.
